Aaron understands both sides of employment law, ans he started his legal career working for the Attorney Generals's Office. Not only is Aaron a dedicated Seattle Employment Law Attorney, but more importantly Mr. Rocke is an advocate for employee rights. Aaron served in our armed forces with the United States Army. Mr. Rocke handles sexual harassment cases, employment law disputes, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and contract disputes.

After working for both a large civil defense firm and the Attorney General’s office in the Torts Division, Aaron V. Rocke started his Rocke Law Group in 2008 so that he could control the number of cases he took on to ensure a high level of service and full attention to client needs.

Aaron practices in civil litigation, with a focus in employment and commercial litigation. He also advises business clients on strategic planning and risk management. His litigation experience includes complex litigation, commercial litigation, employment discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour matters, professional liability, personal injury, and non-compete agreements.



After serving in the U.S. Army, Aaron returned to his home in Seattle and using his G.I. bill benefits, Aaron went back to school to earn his B.A. from the University of Washington and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
